Ryan Mutombo is a collegiate basketball center for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. At 7′2″ and originally from Atlanta, Georgia, he brings size, defensive presence, and a strong basketball lineage as the son of Hall of Famer Dikembe Mutombo.

Before transferring to Georgia Tech for the 2024‑25 season, Ryan spent three seasons at Georgetown, where he played meaningful minutes, contributed on both ends of the floor, and earned his degree in government with a minor in Black Studies. He completed his Master’s degree in Management in spring 2025.

Off the court, Ryan is part of TWG’s Collegiate Development Program. He aligns with mission‑driven brands and causes, embraces leadership through adversity (including carrying forward his father’s legacy), and looks to create impact that goes beyond basketball.
